PeNA Audit at POLIMAS Emphasizes Integration of Sustainability into Academic Practices for Sustainable Curriculum

The Academic Audit Visit by Penaziran Akademik (PeNA) at Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah (POLIMAS) aimed to ensure that the academic management and the implementation of teaching and learning processes are in strict compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. Beyond these core objectives, the audit also emphasized the integration of sustainability into the academic framework. 

The visit included an evaluation of how sustainability practices are embedded in the curriculum, ensuring that students are academically proficient and equipped to contribute to sustainable development.  PeNA's focus on sustainability reflects a growing recognition of the importance of preparing students to meet global environmental challenges. 

During the visit, the audit team assessed how POLIMAS aligns its academic programs with national and international sustainability goals. This includes incorporating green technologies, energy efficiency practices, and sustainable project management into both the theoretical and practical components of the courses offered.
